Design Services
The initial consultation is the starting point to every design project. Some may only need a consultation and others will hire House to Home to execute their design project from inception to completion.




Choosing the right colour is usually a very stressful experience. As true colour experts we understand how colour pulls a room together. Our large 11 x 14 inch Benjamin Moore colour boards ensure that the right colours are selected. Our 2 hour in home colour consultation will take into account existing finishes and furnishings and light exposure.  We will discuss and examine how a paint colour will pull your space together and create flow.


Interior Decorating


An interior design consultation is a 2 hour meeting where design and/or decorating dilemmas will be discussed. We will provide design ideas and suggestions for furniture placement, floor plans, finish selections, window treatment, fabric selection, flooring, lighting and décor. We can bring various samples pertaining to your upcoming decorating project. Our initial consultation for design advice will provide you with direction and a starting point to begin your project and simplify your life.  Our questionnaire allows us to better prepare for our meeting, where we discover your goals, tastes and style preference.

Our 3D Room and entire floor concept and design packages allows for visualization and planning ahead. SEE IT BEFORE YOU CHANGE IT. Our clients love to see their designed space during the presentation. Save time and money with this valuable tool, where we have the advantage of discussing and changing the design before any physical changes occur.

One Room Concept Package

This package is perfect for you if you want to know how to layout your space and require sizing of furnishings. This package is ideal if you desire to go at your own pace with regards to purchasing furniture and may not be ready to commit to custom furnishings. It is also best suited for a re-design
of a kitchen or bathroom renovation.

Main Floor or Basement Concept Package

This package is best suited for those that are thinking of redesigning a basement or
main floor. You are considering making structural changes for example removing a wall or adding architectural features such as a fireplace on a main floor. Or perhaps you are envisioning the idea of adding a room or a bar in a basement design.

Custom Room Package

This is an all-encompassing full-service package that will take you from concept to
completion. You are seeking to change a tired out-dated space that is not working
for you and your family into one that is beautiful and customized to you. You need
new furnishings, additional storage and a better functioning space. (see Custom Rooms Tab).

Concept 3D drawing and Space Planning Package ONLY includes:

  • Perspective renderings with bird’s-eye view and elevations
  • 2 Options for layout only

Deluxe Design Room Package includes:


  • A 1.5 hour meeting at our design center where you can fall in love with a multitude of fabric choices and decipher which styles you prefer for upholstery
  • 3D Drawings with 2 options for layout only will be presented
  • 3D Perspectives of the room
  • Mood boards with choices of fabric, furniture, paint colours and finish selections
  • Report with pricing showing retail cost and your discounted price for all furniture procured
  • List with description and sizes all furniture
  • One option for furnishings and paint colours
  • Report with the Scope of Work and Details pertaining to the Design
  • 2 hour presentation
  • One revision to layout only (minor revisions)

During the presentation you will be overjoyed and excited to see the entire new beautiful space right before your eyes. You will touch fabrics, admire samples and witness how House to Home has brought all the elements of your space to fruition. You will comprehend how beautiful it all works together! After the presentation any major revisions to layout are charged at our hourly rate.


After the presentation, clients hire us and Phase 2 will commence. We will implement and procure the entire design plan and bring it to life.  Clients witness the transformation ON REVEAL DAY! This phase is charged at our hourly rate.
