The initial staging consultation is the starting point in the staging process.

During the consultation process our role as Certified Staging Professionals is to provide the
homeowner with an extensive report. This report is an action plan that outlines the recommendations
required to properly prepare the home for sale in order to achieve the best outcome of selling a
home faster and for more money!

The staging consultation process will take approximately 2 hours. To begin the consultation, we will start by taking a tour of the property assessing all areas of the home. We will then discuss with the homeowner suggestions and recommendations that are essential to complete. This will make the home market ready. Our referral network of trade’s people can aid a homeowner in completing tasks which will expedite the sale of the property. This easy to follow report will prove to be a valuable and essential tool when preparing your home for sale.
